I can give you some guidance on HOW to make your home attractive to the target audience - which can help you get top dollar as quickly as possible - AND if needed I will provide a STAGING CONSULTATION from a colleague of mine who is an expert in that field. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, creating great curb appeal, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast. And of course STAGING may make sense to ensure your home looks its best, and especially of the property is vacant.
